Shipping
All of my curtains are handmade. After we receive your
order we will ship your curtains in 2 weeks of receiving your
payment for your order. All of our orders are shipped by via
United States Postal Service. We will ship International.
Once your curtains are shipped we will email a delivery
confirmation number.
Return Policy
Because all of our curtains are custom made as they are
ordered, we are unable to accept returns. This is why we
encourage you to measure accurately to the guide below.
Measuring Guide
When measuring width always measure complete window
including the width. When measuring length, measure from
top of the rod to down to where you want the bottom of the
curtains or valance to come to. This is not including the 3
inch header above the rod. If you still need more help with
the measurements feel free to contact me to help you
choose the right size.
Curtain Care
All of our fabric is 60 polyester and 40 cotton.Curtians are
machine washable with little or no ironing required. Dry with
low heat and remove while still damp and hang on the rod
until dry.
